We have announced that we will acquire ball screws and other businesses from TSUBAKI NAKASHIMA by December 2024.
In preparation for the coming age of robotics, ball screws and ball ways are the parts that integrate with our motors, grippers, connectors, semiconductors, etc.
My challenge up to now has been that we have been growing only electronics-related businesses and have actually been neglecting our PT business. This business of TSUBAKI NAKASHIMA is very small in our company, but I believe it is a business where we can take advantage of our ultra-precision machining capabilities.
We believe that increasing PT's profits through PMC (Precision Mechanical Components) and ball screws will lead to growth in our PT business, which is our cash cow.
