On September 20, we announced the acquisition of Socionext's medical-related business. With this acquisition, the company will obtain the 64-channel technology, which will enable it to take higher-resolution images and deeper images with a handheld equipment.
We recognize that this is a potentially quite large market, for example, pregnant women will be able to monitor the status of their unborn child by themselves at home every day. By acquiring such an important medical device technology, we intend to bring the current operating margin of 30% for ABLIC to as close to 50% as possible and become a global niche top.
