Minebea AccessSolutions' India Plant to be Newly Established
- Increasing the supply capacity for four- and two-wheeled vehicle components to over 1.2 times the current level to strengthen MinebeaMitsumi Group's overall India business operations in response to the high-growth market -
MinebeaMitsumi Inc. (Head office: Nagano Prefecture; Representative Director, Chairman CEO: Yoshihisa Kainuma; hereinafter "MinebeaMitsumi") is pleased to announce its decision to newly establish Minebea AccessSolutions' India plant in Bangalore, India, aimed at strengthening MinebeaMitsumi Group's overall India business operations in response to the high-growth market.
In 2013, MinebeaMitsumi Group founded NMB-Minebea India Private Limited, to cater to the needs of the Indian market and create new opportunities.
Currently, MinebeaMitsumi Group manufactures, develops, and sells a wide range of its products at seven locations across India, primarily focusing on components for aircrafts, automobiles, and measuring devices. Moreover, to ramp up the production capacity for aircraft engine components and machined components, the third plant of Mach Aero Components Private Ltd. (hereinafter “MACPL) was established in Karnataka, India, in February 2025, further strengthening the group's overall operations in the country.
Building on these initiatives, MinebeaMitsumi has now decided to newly set up MAS' India Plant to increase the supply capacity in response to the rapidly growing demand for two- and four-wheeled vehicle-related businesses in India.
The establishment of this new plant and its full-scale operation within the few years are expected to boost MAS' production capacity for two- and four-wheeled vehicles products to slightly over 1.2 times the current level from FY2026 and onward.
MinebeaMitsumi Group will further strengthen its commitment to developing its mobility-related businesses, such as automotive sector, while enhancing its competitive edge.
