myonic, a MinebeaMitsumi Group company, was Awarded
as one of the "Germany's Best Employers 2024" by Great Place to Work®
myonic GmbH(Head Office: Leutkirch, Germany, hereinafter myonic), a group company of MinebeaMitsumi Inc., was awarded as one of the "Germany's Best Employers 2024" (13th place) in the 251-500 employee category by Great Place to Work®, an international employee surveying organization.
At the same time, myonic was also awarded as one of the best employers in the federal state of Baden-Württemberg (1st place), in the Allgäu region (3rd place) and "Manufacturing & Industry" (4th place) in the respective size category.
"Germany's Best Employers 2024" recognizes 100 companies that provide an excellent corporate culture and working environment and it is rated based on a representative employee survey and corporate culture survey conducted in 2023. In both surveys, a total of 438,283 employees from 1054 participating companies were asked about trust in managers, team spirit, fairness, gratitude, respect, and a sense of unity with the company and the quality, diversity, and sustainability of each company's human resource management.
Since 2011, myonic has regularly and successfully entered the Great Place to Work® competition and strengthening its efforts to provide cultural activities and a rewarding workplace.
