MINEBEA MITSUMI Inc. announced today that it has revised the half-year and full-year consolidated business forecasts announced on May 10, 2024 for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025 (from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025) in light of recent business conditions.

3. Reasons for Revisions
As the first quarter results exceeded the initial forecast, we revised the forecast announced in the financial results report on May 10, 2024.

In addition, provisional accounting treatments for business combinations were finalized at the end of the previous fiscal year, and the contents of finalization of the provisional accounting treatments are reflected on the figures for the fiscal half-year ended September 30, 2024.
