Notice Regarding Termination of Sponsored American Depositary Receipt (ADR) Program
MINEBEA MITSUMI Inc. (the Company) announces that the company has decided to terminate the sponsored American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program as described below.
1. Reasons for termination
The Company launched the sponsored ADR program in 1997 with the aim of increasing investor convenience in the US capital markets, developing new investors and expanding our investor base. Taking into consideration the recent significant increase in stock trading by foreign investors in the Japanese stock market and other factors, the Company has decided to terminate the sponsored ADR program.

March 31, 2023 (US Eastern Standard Time, scheduled)
3. Future actions
ADR holders will be contacted separately by The Bank of New York Mellon, the depositary bank, or related agents, regarding the schedule and procedures for termination.
