Notice Concerning Today's Newspaper Report
Today's morning edition of the Nihon Keizai Shimbun published an article that a major smartphone manufacturer in North America and others would use organic EL panels for all their new models launched in the second half of 2020, and that there will be no models using LCDs in the future.
However, we have not received any information from our customers that there will be no longer any models using LCDs, and we have no knowledge of the fact to that effect. And, thus, we will continue to stably supply them by maintaining our production system for LCD backlights in the future.
