MINEBEA MITSUMI Inc. (the "Company") hereby announces the following change in a specified subsidiary.
Description
1. Reason for the Change
The Company made a capital increase to MINEBEA (CAMBODIA) Co. Ltd., which are a wholly owned consolidated subsidiary of the Company, in order to stabilize working capital in preparation for business expansion and aggressive capital investments. As a result, the capital amount of the said subsidiary became 10 percent or more of the total capital of the Company. Therefore, the subsidiary now corresponds to a specified subsidiary.
