Notice Regarding the Partial Amendments to the Articles of Incorporation

MINEBEA MITSUMI Inc. (the "Company") hereby announces that its Board of Directors has resolved at the meeting held on May 8, 2019 to submit a proposal to partially amend its Articles of Incorporation to the upcoming 73rd Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June 27, 2019. Details are as follows:

1. Reason of the Amendments

The Company makes a partial amendments to (Purpose) stipulated in Article 2 of the current Articles of Incorporation for the reasons that the Company merged with U-Shin Ltd. which develops, manufactures and sells components for automotive, industrial machinery and housing equipment on April 10, 2019. As well as to clarify our business objectives in response to expansion of our lighting-related business.

2. Details of the Amendments

The Articles of Incorporation will be changed as follows.
