Notice regarding Uniform Renewal
From February 2019, MinebeaMitsumi Inc. and MITSUMI ELECTRIC CO., LTD. renew and unify our uniform for all plants located in Japan.
It has been two years since Minebea Co., Ltd. and MITSUMI ELECTRIC CO., LTD. had the business integration on 27 January, 2017 and we have been pursuing to improve our business performance by creating various synergies of both companies. In order to accelerate this process, and create differences with the competition and further improve our corporate value through the INTEGRATION* of the technologies of both companies, we will unify our uniforms that have been different for each plant and we will continue to work as one group to achieve our goals.
The new uniform is designed and directed by HIDESIGN Corporation (President / Chief Designer, Hideo Yoshii) with the design concept of simple, neat and refined based on our aim to be an only one through "extraordinary differences". In addition to visual designs, we fully reflected the voices of our employees and integrated safety, comfort, functionality and environmental aspects such as reuse etc. to create our own original and advanced uniform to fit with the times.
* INTEGRATION means "combining" rather than "simple gathering" of the Company's proprietary technologies to evolve our products and to create synergies in various fields through the INTEGRATION of our advanced products.
