Notice of Personnel Changes and Organization Changes
MINEBEA MITSUMI Inc. hereby announces the following Executive changes and Organization changes decided at the Board of Directors Meeting held today.
1. Board of Directors, Executive Officers and Technical Officers
Seven newly appointed Executive Officers and one Technical Officer will be appointed on Wednesday, May 9, and two promoted Executive Officers will be promoted on May 9.

2. Organizational Changes (Effective as of May 09, 2018)
- Quality Assurance Headquarters is newly established.
- China Technical Center is newly established at Electronic Device & Component Manufacturing Headquarters.
- Spindle Motor Business Unit at the Electronic Device & Component Manufacturing Headquarters is integrated into the Motor Division.
- Electronic Devices Business Div. at Mitsumi Business Headquarters will be abolished, and the three Business Units of Automotive Business Unit, Mechanical Components Business Unit, Power Supply Business Unit will become the organization under the direct control of the Business Headquarters.
- Accounting & Corporate Finance Headquarters and Business Administration Headquarters are integrated into the Business Administration and Accounting & Corporate Finance Headquarters.
- Sales Div. is renamed into the Sales Headquarters.
- Tokyo Head Office is newly established.
