Notice of Organizational Changes and Personnel Changes
MINEBEA MITSUMI Inc. hereby announces the following organizational changes and personnel changes.
1. Organizational Changes (Effective as of January 21, 2018)
- Electronic Device & Component Manufacturing Headquarters will be reorganized as follows:
- ① Business Support Div. and Motor Div. will be newly established.
- ② Information, Industrial Machinery Motor & Special Device Div. and Automotive & Global Motor Business Div. will be abolished.
- ③ Motor Division will be organized into 3 Business Units and 3 Departments, namely, Stepping Motor Business Unit, DC Motor Business Unit, Airmover Business Unit, Košice Manufacturing Department, Quality Control Department, Motor Business Management Department by Motor Manufacturing Management and will be organized into 4 Departments, namely, Stepping Motor Engineering Management Department, DC Motor Engineering Management Department, Airmover Engineering Management Department, PMDM Engineering Management Department by Motor Engineering Management.
- ④ Special Device Business Unit will be transferred to Electronic Devices Business Div.
