Notice of Organizational Changes and Personnel Changes
Minebea Co., Ltd. hereby announces the following organizational changes and personnel changes decided at the Board of Directors meeting held on March 30, 2016.
1. Organizational Changes (Effective as of April 1, 2016)
- (1) Lighting Device BU of Electronic Device Division at Electronic Device & Component Manufacturing Headquarters will be reorganized into 2 Business Units, namely, Lighting Device BU and Electronic Device Parts BU.
- (2) The name of Measuring Components BU of Electronic Device Division at Electronic Device & Component Manufacturing Headquarters will be changed to Sensing Device BU.
- (3) The name of Fan Motor BU of Information, Industrial Machinery Motor & Special Device Division at Electronic Device & Component Manufacturing Headquarters will be changed to Airmover BU.
