Notice Regarding Today's Newspaper Article
In the Nikkei Shimbun newspaper article today, there is a report on the consolidated business results of Minebea Co., Ltd. ("Minebea") for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March, 31, 2016, stating that net sales of approximately 130 billion yen and operating income of around 12 billion yen are forecast for the quarter. The information was not announced by the Company.
As for the result of operations for the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 31, 2016, the actual numbers to be disclosed are being carefully examined; however, they are expected to be substantially in line with the reported data in the article.
