Announcement of the Completion of Acquisition of All Shares of Sartorius Mechatronics T&H GmbH and its Subsidiaries
Minebea Co., Ltd. ("Minebea") hereby announces that we completed the acquisition of all the shares of Sartorius Mechatronics T&H GmbH and its subsidiaries with Development Bank of Japan Inc. from Sartorius Aktiengesellschaft on February 6, 2015.
Going forward, we will strive to expand the related businesses and optimize synergies.
