Notice Regarding Revisions to the Full-Year Consolidated Business Forecast for the Fiscal Year Ending March 31, 2015
Minebea Co., Ltd. announced today that it has revised as outlined below the full-year consolidated business forecast announced on October 28, 2014 for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2015 (from April 1, 2014 to March 31, 2015) in light of recent business conditions.

2. Reasons for Revisions
Working in a rapidly shifting market, we were able to achieve significant increases in earnings and profits during the first nine months of FY ending March 31, 2015 due to various factors, including the weak yen and other favorable effects of the foreign exchange market. Despite various economic changes and risk factors that are expected to occur across the globe, in light of our projection that demand for our products will remain strong during the upcoming fourth quarter, we have decided to revise our consolidated forecast for this fiscal year based on our best estimate of the total impact current market factors will have on our operations.
