Notice regarding the Resignation of the Management of Consolidated Subsidiary
Minebea Co., Ltd. ("Minebea") hereby announces the resignation of the management of Minebea Motor Manufacturing Corporation ("MMMC"), a consolidated subsidiary of Minebea, which will be effective as of February 4, 2013.
