Notice regarding the Management Structures of Consolidated Subsidiaries
Minebea Co., Ltd. hereby announces its consolidated subsidiaries' new management as set forth below.
1. NMB Mechatronics Co., Ltd.
The following management was decided at the ordinary general meeting of shareholders and the subsequent board of directors meeting of this subsidiary, both of which were held on June 19, 2012.
