Notice Regarding Flood Damage in Thailand (Fifth Report)
Minebea Co., Ltd. announces the fifth report of the effects of the flooding in Thailand on its five manufacturing sites, as of twelve noon October 19.

- Confirmation of the situation as of now is unavailable due to closure of the Nava Nakorn Industrial Estate.
- The Bang Pa-in Plant will resume production from October 20 due to the stabilizing situation.
- The Ayutthaya Plant resumed the operation of its wastewater treatment systems on October 19. It will resume the operation of its other production facilities sequentially. October 24 is a national holiday of Thailand. Resumption of production is scheduled for October 25.
At its two plants, which will resume production, Minebea will take a step-by-step approach to raise their operation rates in consideration of employees' commute to work and other conditions.
Future operations will be decided in light of the situation as it develops. We will continue to monitor the extent of the flood damage and its effect on business performance and immediately report any developments risking a significant impact on business results.
