Notice regarding Status and Completion of Repurchase of Own Shares
(Repurchase of Own Shares pursuant to paragraph 2, Article 165 of the Companies Act)
Minebea Co., Ltd. hereby announces that it has repurchased its own shares as set forth below, under the provisions of Article 156, as applied pursuant to paragraph 3, Article 165 of the Companies Act, and that it has completed the repurchase in accordance with the resolution passed on May 17, 2011, pursuant to the provisions of Article 370 of the Act (resolution by unanimous written consent of the board of directors in lieu of a board meeting).
