Notice regarding the Repurchase Status of Own Shares

Minebea Co., Ltd. hereby announces the status of its own shares repurchased pursuant to Article 156 of the Company Law in accordance with Section 3 of Article 165 of the Law, as resolved on May 17, 2011 pursuant to Article 370 of the Law (resolution by documents instead of resolution by board meetings).
