New Directors and Promotion of Director
We would like to announce as below the brief personal record each of a new Director to be elected at the Annual General Shareholders Meeting on June 28, 2001 and Promotion of Director at Board Meeting on the same day. Mr. Tosei Takenaka will be appointed as Senior Managing Director at the Board Meeting after the Annual General Shareholders Meeting to be held on the same day.
Mr. Kenji Senoue will be promoted to Senior Managing Director at the same Board Meeting.
