The certification system of Tokyo Metropolitan Government Sports Promotion Company certifies companies that promote sports activities for employees and social contribution initiatives in the field of sports. The following efforts led to this certification:

Co-hosted with the Health Insurance Association, MinebeaMitsumi holds the "Walking Competition" regularly. With the use of the dedicated app, employees can maintain the exercise routine in an enjoyable manner.
