Cleanup activities in Fujisawa Plant
The Fujisawa Plant conducts cleanup activities around the plant twice a year to contribute to the local community and beautify the environment. These activities are carried out during the preparation period in June and September to coincide with National Safety Week in July and National Occupational Health Week in October.
The Fujisawa Plant is surrounded by roads that are used daily not only as employees commuting to work, but also as local roads for residents and school routes for nearby elementary schools.
The 2025 cleanup activities organized on June 25 and September 19. On these day, two or three employees from each workplace participated. They were divided into their respective assigned areas and collected a large amount of trash, including fallen leaves and weeds, from sidewalks.
Through these activities, each employee heightened their awareness of being a member of the local community and recognized the importance of continuing to contribute to the community through corporate citizenship activities.
