Karuizawa Plant Welcomes Students from Saku University School of Nursing for Occupational Health Training
The Karuizawa Plant of MinebeaMitsumi invited 22 senior students of the Saku University School of Nursing as part of their training in community nursing. Prior to the plant tour, the Health Management Office held a course (hygiene management system from the hygiene manager, industrial health services from the industrial physician, and industrial health activities from the public health nurse). The students were enthusiastic about the course.
During the review session, we received many questions and comments, such as touching on workplace air that could not be understood at the office, and utilizing the experience gained through the workshop for future learning and nursing activities.
MinebeaMitsumi will continue to carry out such community contribution activities.
