Minokaya Junior High School Students Experience Work Life at the Yonago Plant
Minebea's Yonago Plant welcomed two second-year students from nearby Minokaya Junior High School (run by Yonago City and the village of Hiezuson) as part of the school's work experience program. The program is designed to get students thinking about what they might want to do with their lives by directly experiencing various matters, such as understanding there are various workplaces in a factory, experience product design and manufacturing work, and factory equipment maintenance work that supports it.
A thank-you note from both students was received after the three day program.
Minebea looks forward to supporting the local community through similar activities in the future.
