Cooperation with Voluntary Fund-raising Activities by Junior High School Students
The Minebea Karuizawa Plant cooperated in fund-raising activities for the 2016 Kumamoto earthquakes performed by Group 4 second year students at Miyota Junior High School in Kitasaku-gun, Nagano. The activities were planned voluntarily by the students and supported by the school. A collection box was placed in the employee cafeteria, and for three days, the students asked for donations as the employees went home. Many people cooperated with the fund-raising.
After the fund-raising was completed, the school called to thank us.
Minebea will continue to support social contribution activities like this in the community.
