First Annual Meeting with Citizens of Yonago City, Tottori Prefecture
In January 2015, Minebea held a stakeholder dialogue with area residents in Yonago City, Tottori Prefecture where the Company's Yonago Plant is located. At the dialogue, the decision was made to continue providing a venue for discussions once a year in order to build relationships of trust with area residents through dialogue. Recently we held the First Annual Meeting at the Yonago Plant.
Six people came for the meeting, taking time out of their busy schedules and dealing with a record-breaking cold wave, including representatives from a neighborhood council association, school principals and representative from city hall and the Chamber of Commerce.
The contents of the discussions were varied, including local activities, school-related issues and business exchanges with local companies.
Minebea will continue to dialogue with local community residents.
