Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental, Energy and CSR Week Fair 2014 was Held in Thailand
NMB-Minebea Thai held an "Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental, Energy and CSR Week Fair 2014" at the following plants. The purpose of the event is to encourage employees to recognize in the importance of safety at work, the conservation of natural resources, environment and energy and global warming problem including to build employees safety and environmental awareness.
- Bang Pa-in Plant : Nov. 21-25, 2014;
- Navanakorn Plant : Dec. 3-4, 2014;
- Rojana Plant : Dec. 12-16, 2014;
- Ayutthaya Plant : Dec. 13-15, 2014;
- Lop Buri Plant : Dec. 22-23, 2014;
During the fair, the following activities took place.
- Exhibition of the summary of accident record and news in 2013
- Exhibition of Safety Practice Project Contest
- Exhibition of the summary of environmental and energy activities in 2013-2014
- Exhibition of campaign about slogan of World Environment Day "Raise your voice not the sea level"
- Exhibition of the current environmental situation
- Exhibition of the summary of CSR implementation of Minebea
- Contest of song writing and singing
- Contest of Health & Safety Painting
- Design invention from paper waste competition
- Questionnaire games regarding Occupational Health & Safety, Environment & Energy and CSR
- Activity of tree distribution for employees to reduce global warming
- Providing book, brochure and poster regarding environmental and energy for employees
- Health Activities from Nonthavej Hospital and Viphavadee Hospital
- Providing activity booth to create enjoyment by Happy Workplace Committee
NMB-Minebea Thai will continue to promote CSR among the employees through such activities.
