NMB-Minebea Thai Supports Local Community Residents Make Thai Chili Pastes
NMB-Minebea Thai's (hereafter Minebea Thai) Bang Pa-in plant helps nearby Watthammanawapatthana community housewives make Thai chili pastes (nam phrik pao) to generate income and improve living by providing cooking equipment and raw materials. This is one of Minebea Thai's Career Development Project Year 2014 projects. Also, Bang Pa-in plant provided a place within the plant, so the the housewives can sell their chill pastes.
Minebea Thai will continue to maintain a good relationship with the local community through dialogue.

In order to understand Watthammanawapatthana community's needs, a dialogue was held with 21 people. It was decided that Minebea Thai will support the housewives make Thai chili pastes by providing cooking equipment and raw materials.
