Tour of Thinned Forests in Aikawa Town, Kanagawa Prefecture
Minebea contributes to healthy forestation and thinning through the use of the "Morino Chonai-kai
" (Forest Neighborhood Association) Forest Thinning Support Paper in the printing of our CSR reports. In November 2013, Minebea joined the Kanagawa Forest Neighborhood Association's on-site forest thinning tour group to tour areas thinned by the forestry cooperative of Aikawa Town, Kanagawa Prefecture. Minebea will continue in the future to support healthy forestation and effective use of thinned lumber through the use of Forest Thinning Support Paper.
