Guidance Counseling Talks at Miyota Junior High School in Miyota-machi, Nagano Pref.
Employees from Minebea's Karuizawa plant visited Miyota Junior High School in Miyota-machi, Kitasaku-gun, Nagano Pref., where the plant is located. As part of the company's efforts to educate and support the future generation of young people, the employees gave guidance counseling talks to 166 seventh-grade students based on their work experiences.
What does it take to be a member of society? What do students need to learn from their school life? These and other topics were the focus of the talks, to which the seventh graders listened with intense interest.
Students who attended sent letters to the employees, saying thank you, and expressing how much they had learned.
